The Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC) has directed the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation to execute fresh wheeling and banking agreements for 13 captive users by June 30, 2026, without requiring a prior reduction in open access or in the long-term open access quantum.
