Cosmic PV Power Limited has submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus to SEBI, aiming to raise ₹640 crore through an initial public offering. This amount includes a fresh share issue of ₹540 crore and an offer for sale of ₹100 crore. Funds will support expansion and working capital as the company grows in India’s solar market.
