The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) plans to invest Rs 450 crore in fixed deposits with Scheduled Commercial Banks, starting February 23, 2026. The funds will be split into Rs 150 crore for 45 days and Rs 300 crore for 365 days, with strict eligibility criteria for participating banks and a “No Penalty” clause for early withdrawal.
