NextEra’s Battery Storage Backlog Surges as Q3 Earnings Rise

U.S.-based power producer NextEra Energy reported a 10.4% year-over-year increase in adjusted earnings to $2.59 billion for the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, compared with $2.35 billion in the corresponding quarter last year.
