Roles and Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning along with all team leads in line with business requirements.
- Drafting / revising JD for open positions.
- Sourcing suitable profiles and screening suitability.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Document verification and salary negotiations.
- Closing offers to selected candidates.
- Regular follow up with offered candidates.
- Ensuring proper onboarding of offered candidates.
- Keeping a good rapport with candidates joined and ensuring their comfort with the organization.
- Updating CV data base and keeping backup for each position.
