The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders as per schedule.

Coordinate with transporters and vendors for timely deliveries.

Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist in periodic stock audits and cycle counts.

Train and supervise warehouse helpers or junior staff if required.
