Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manpower Planning along with all team leads in line with business requirements.
  2. Drafting / revising JD for open positions.
  3. Sourcing suitable profiles and screening suitability.
  4. Scheduling interviews.
  5. Document verification and salary negotiations.
  6. Closing offers to selected candidates.
  7. Regular follow up with offered candidates.
  8. Ensuring proper onboarding of offered candidates.
  9. Keeping a good rapport with candidates joined and ensuring their comfort with the organization.
  10. Updating CV data base and keeping backup for each position.
