• Quality Policy Development: Draft, review, and update the company’s quality policy and objectives in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and revise quality documentation, including quality manuals, checklists, and process maps, ensuring all aspects of the solar EPC process are covered comprehensively.
• Process Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections of project processes from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to the quality plan and identifying areas for improvement.
• Material Quality Control: Oversee the inspection of materials upon delivery to ensure they meet specified standards and project requirements. Collaborate with suppliers to address and rectify any quality issues.
• Design Quality Assurance: Work closely with the design team to ensure all project designs meet quality and performance standards, implementing design controls and conducting design reviews as necessary.
• Installation and Workmanship Supervision: Inspect installation processes and final workmanship on-site, ensuring compliance with best practices and quality standards. Provide feedback and corrective actions to project teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead the continuous improvement efforts by analyzing performance data, facilitating root cause analyses, and implementing quality improvement projects.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards, tools, and best practices. Develop a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Compliance and Certification: Ensure all projects comply with local, national, and international quality standards and regulations. Assist with obtaining and maintaining relevant quality certifications.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all quality-related communications with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. Prepare and present quality reports to management and clients.
