Inox Clean Energy Limited and RJ Corp Limited have formed a joint venture to enter the African renewable energy market, acquiring Skypower Services MENA Ltd. They plan to develop 570 MW of renewable energy capacity backed by favorable power purchase agreements. The venture aims for 2.5 GW by FY29 and supports clean energy growth in Africa.
