The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) dismissed SJVN Green Energy Limited’s petition regarding the delivery point for billing from its 100 MW solar project in Gujarat. CERC upheld that the delivery point is at the GETCO periphery, hence rejecting SGEL’s claims for compensation related to transmission losses and previous billing adjustments.
