The African Development Bank, AIIB, and the Government of Rwanda have launched Phase II of the Energy Sector Results-Based Financing Program (RBF II) with a $300 million investment. This phase aims to enhance electricity access and infrastructure, targeting 200,000 households and 850 businesses, while promoting clean energy solutions and economic growth in Rwanda.
