Renewable energy infrastructure company Mecpower Solutions and solar module manufacturer Navitas Solar have announced plans to jointly establish a 5 GWh battery energy storage system manufacturing (BESS) facility in Karjan, Gujarat.The proposed facility is expected to commence operations in the first quarter of the financial year 2027-28.
