The West Bengal Power Development Corporation (WBPDCL) has invited bids to select a consultancy firm to conduct a feasibility study and prepare a detailed project report (DPR) for a battery energy storage system (BESS) at the Kolaghat Thermal Power Station in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
