The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission has approved a ₹1,445.56 million annual transmission charge for a renewable energy project in Dharashiv and Beed. Montecarlo Limited won the competitive bidding for developing a 400 kV substation and transmission lines. The project aims to enhance intra-state power evacuation, scheduled for commercial operation in 24 months.
