The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) has partly allowed a solar installer’s appeal against the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission’s (PSERC) 2018 order that reduced the tariff for a 10 MW rooftop solar project from ₹7.59 (~$0.0795)/kWh to ₹5.09 (~$0.0533)/kWh.
