The Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) has proposed reducing levelized generic tariffs for distributed and ground-mounted solar projects serving domestic and non-domestic consumers.It proposed a levelized tariff of ₹2.65 (~$0.028)/kWh for megawatt-scale ground-mounted solar projects, a 13.7% decline from ₹3.07 (~$0.03)/kWh.
