Farmers in Maharashtra’s Marathwada region are adopting renewable energy to combat rising electricity costs and power unreliability. Freyr Energy has installed a 221-kW rooftop solar system for a farmer producer company, meeting 61% of their energy needs. The project will save around ₹23.1 lakh annually, enhancing operational efficiency and resilience.
