Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has announced the sale of shares in two subsidiaries as approved by its Board on April 28, 2026. It will sell 4,900 shares of Clean Max Solomon to SAMHI Hotels for INR 49,000 and 2,600 shares of Clean Max Ilgohp to Nuvoco Vistas for INR 26,000, with final agreements expected by June 30, 2026.
