Incumbent will be in charge of business development team and responsible for new business and strategy

Key Deliverables
• Responsible for business development of solar rooftops projects.

• Commercial qualification and market mapping to identify potential customers

• Liaison with decision-makers to generate business

• Engage prospects through high ticket consultative sales approach to help them arrive at a decision on installation of solar projects

• Assess and respond to the needs of each client through all phases of sales life cycle

• Maintain close communication with the client to keep a track of changing requirements

• Create and make presentations to potential clients through direct communications

• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company procedures

The Project Manager will be required to apply an intensive and diverse knowledge of project management principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields makes decisions independently on engineering problems and methods and represents the organization in meetings to resolve important questions.

The Project Manager must have demonstrated the technical expertise and responsibility for interpreting, organizing and executing highly advanced assignments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparing the project plan, schedule & milestone after consultation with the project core team.

• Oversee all aspects of the planning, execution, commissioning and closeout on a given project or group of projects.

• Precisely define the scope of the project; prepare the project schedule, and update the schedule as it evolves

• Propose the project budget, and then manage the project so that it doesn't cause cost overruns;

• Ensure the project team has the supplies and human resources necessary to get the project done on time and on budget

• Identify and minimize potential risks to the project timeline and budget

• Communicate the project's progression to management and ensure the quality of the team's work and any supplies or materials used by the team.

• Perform executive presentations when appropriate.

• Travel to job locations will be required to support specific activities and objectives.

• Erection & Commissioning

• Ensuring the safety at most priority.

• Scheduling and planning predictive and preventive maintenance to reduce revenue loss due to electrical breakdown.

• Scheduling works for maintenance in view of sustaining reliability in performance and check the quality of output as per technical specification.

• Implementing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.

• Ensuring the quality checks, quality assurance activities, audits, feedback improvements, etc.

• Identifying areas of quality and taking steps to correct & prevent the occurrence.

• Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.

• Provide safety training to workers, site engineers about accident prevention and safety promotion, safety compliance, accident and emergency response, personal protective equipment, safety practices, equipment and machinery, workplace hazards, employee involvement.

• Qualification : BE Electrical Engineer

• Experience: 6 to 8 years

As a Purchase Engineer, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. He will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.

Purchase management

• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies

• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation

• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and bench marking

• Assess, manage and mitigate risks

• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers

• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand requirements

• Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan

• Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations.

• Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.

• Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for top management.

For Vendor Development

• Effective management of vendor database.

• ABC classification of vendors on the basis of criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery etc.

• Conducting training for vendors to educate them about company’s requirements and help them in improving their performance.

• Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them.

• Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries.

• Running programs to evaluate vendors based on the feedback from internal stake holders.

• Conduct regularly internal audit of local suppliers.

For Stores Management

• Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation.

• Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks from warehouse to stores.

• To check the possibility of using the dead inventory in the new or ongoing projects

• Ensure timely delivery of right quality components from Suppliers with regular follow-up.

• Incumbent will be in charge of design & development of solar power projects.

• Candidate must have solar PV system experience in designing DC, AC and communication block along with detailed engineering

• Working knowledge of HV/EHV system

• Managing a team of designers and draughtsman and manage site visits, capacity estimation, drawings/as built drawings, BOM finalization, quantity estimation, cost optimization.

• Adherence of design standards and internal & external requirement

Qualification: BE in electrical or mechanical

Client-related

• Ensure that any client feedback or complaint is promptly conveyed to the Project Manager and/or Assistant Project Manager.
• Must maintain professional conduct and ensure that the company is regarded in high esteem.

Operational HSE

• Responsible and accountable for conducting daily pre-job / toolbox talks prior to initiating work at site.
• Responsible for maintaining JSAs for all execution works. Must collaborate with client HSE management and ensure that all HSE requirements are fulfilled prior to proceeding with works.
• Responsible for proactively identifying and reporting potential HSE issues to Asst Project Manager and/or Project Manager, and to the HO. Must follow-up actively to ensure smooth progress of operations.
• Must ensure that all contractor personnel are in line with HSE requirements. Responsible for recording contractor workforce-related safety infarction.

Mandatory Reporting

• Must maintain on-site records of all activity-related JSAs.
• Responsible for communicating headcount and machinery numbers to Project Manager and/or Asst Project Manager for DPR via Tool-Box talk template.
• Responsible for maintaining record of Safety Equipment being used by both company employees and by contractor personnel.

Qualifications: Proven HSE Certification program /Valid certifications in Fire-Fighting, First Aid and other relevant safety training

Job Locations: PAN India, Candidate must be flexible working at any location overall India.
